Temp90 provides temporary email addresses and inbox viewing tools for short-term receiving of messages. The service is intended for privacy protection, testing, spam reduction, and safer review of non-sensitive messages.
Email addresses, messages, logs, sessions, and related data are temporary. They may expire, be deleted, fail to receive messages, or become unavailable at any time. Do not use Temp90 for permanent, important, financial, medical, governmental, legal, or security-critical accounts.
You are solely responsible for how you use Temp90 and for any third-party accounts, websites, links, downloads, messages, or actions connected to your use of the service.
You must not use Temp90 for spam, fraud, phishing, malware, scams, harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, identity theft, abuse, evading bans, violating third-party terms, bulk harmful registrations, payment fraud, credential theft, or any activity that harms people, platforms, networks, systems, or services.
Email content is created and sent by third parties. Temp90 does not create, verify, endorse, control, or guarantee any message, offer, attachment, link, claim, or sender identity.
Security scores, warnings, badges, sender checks, or risk labels are informational only. They are not a guarantee that an email is safe or dangerous. You should not open links, download files, or submit passwords unless you trust the source.
Messages may be removed automatically after expiry, after being fetched, during cleanup, or by user/admin action. Temp90 may delete inboxes, messages, logs, or source data to maintain performance, safety, and legal compliance.
If advertisements are enabled, third-party advertising providers may process data according to their own policies. Temp90 is not responsible for third-party ads, landing pages, cookies, or external services.
We may limit, block, suspend, delete, or restrict sessions, IP addresses, inboxes, domains, provider accounts, or traffic if we detect abuse, technical risk, legal risk, or misuse.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Temp90 does not guarantee uptime, delivery, accuracy, security, compatibility, privacy, or uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temp90 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, business, data, account, security, or financial losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Temp90 means you accept the updated Terms.
